After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Hernan Iratze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Macvanagu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hernan Iratze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Behzat Rafettin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mustafa Necati Usbay might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henning Gregersson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Necati Usbay ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Korkut Bengialp got free with Henning Gregersson in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmet Korkut Bengialp received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. In the 26th minute, BATMAN SK's Xie Chuan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. If Xie Chuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xie Chuan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Henning Gregersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Macvanagu FC's Nemesio Machado got a free kick in the 32nd minute. If Xie Chuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Xie Chuan came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the BATMAN SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xie Chuan couldn't finish the play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xie Chuan made a kick off. Xie Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee ignored Macvanagu FC's protests and gave Nemesio Machado a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, Nemesio Machado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Macvanagu FC defense, Ali Hamza Duyar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henning Gregersson. The Macvanagu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henning Gregersson should have stopped the shot. Ali Hamza Duyar struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Henning Gregersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BATMAN SK. BATMAN SK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
