If Genaro Remicio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Björkqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After a rather tough play, Real Matrei FC's Carter Suriani got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute, Patrik Björkqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Remicio in the 11th minute of play forced Real Matrei FC's goalkeeper Dino Zoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genaro Remicio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dino Zoff having to make a save. 13 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's Genaro Remicio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dino Zoff narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dino Zoff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genaro Remicio's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Washington Tasso's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcus Ekrot firmly grabbed it by the left post. Real Matrei FC were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Vykans Vikingar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Christian Karlsson took the corner. The corner led Real Matrei FC's Christian Karlsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcus Ekrot despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 24th minute Alessandro Micucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute Vykans Vikingar were awarded a corner. Fernan Berart went to the cornerflag to take it. Dino Zoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Micucci in the 26th minute of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Patrik Björkqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dino Zoff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernan Berart's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Remicio in the 34th minute of play forced Real Matrei FC's goalkeeper Dino Zoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Wallmark's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Ekrot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Carter Suriani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dino Zoff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alessandro Micucci's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Simon Brolin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Wallmark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alessandro Micucci made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Micucci in the 55th minute of play forced Real Matrei FC's goalkeeper Dino Zoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute Alessandro Micucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Genaro Remicio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Dino Zoff when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Fernan Berart had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dino Zoff. Real Matrei FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernan Berart was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. When Vykans Vikingar's Alessandro Micucci in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Alessandro Micucci showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. 75 minutes into the match, Real Matrei FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Micucci came free, but Dino Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alessandro Micuccis short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Dino Zoff to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vykans Vikingar were furious when Simon Brolin was red carded, 79 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Real Matrei FC. Aare Tüür stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcus Ekrot. 1-3. In the 83rd match minute, Vykans Vikingar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Mutumba to maneuver through the defense. Martin Mutumba kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Daniel Wallmark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Ekrot having to interfere. Genaro Remicios short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Dino Zoff to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Real Matrei FC's Dino Zoff proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Real Matrei FC from getting a goal against them. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter Suriani in the 93rd minute of play. Dino Zoff made an important save on a dangerous shot by Genaro Remicio in the 94th minute. Vykans Vikingar's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
