Andrézinho Dracena started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, VB-Team's César Sampaio got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kennet Martinsson in the 3rd minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Baltasar Matias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gervásio Severiano in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Vallengren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to DFP getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Alex Nordin hit a great ball. Joel Vallengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 15th minute of the match. After having played for 21 minutes, Stefano Lilipaly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DFP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefano Lilipaly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of VB-Team booed when DFP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Löfgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrézinho Dracena in the 29th minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Baltasar Matias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Vallengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervásio Severiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, DFP's Karl-Erik Högström got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute DFP were awarded a corner. Kennet Martinsson went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led DFP's Åke Löfgren to fire away a dangerous shot which Baltasar Matias despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 37thth minute of the game Gervásio Severiano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DFP's Joel Vallengren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Fabrício Lopes made the kick off in the second half. Joel Vallengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hafız Öztekin in the 53rd minute of the match. When VB-Team's Hafız Öztekin, in the 53rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for VB-Team. Hafız Öztekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Vallengren having to interfere. In the 65th minute Gervásio Severiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Vallengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. VB-Team's Arthur Guerra was substituted for Sandro Leitão. 70 minutes in the game Mattias Jonasson did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gervásio Severiano. Joel Vallengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrício Lopes in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrício Lopes in the 74th minute of play forced DFP's goalkeeper Joel Vallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Viktor Alebom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the DFP defense, Gervásio Severiano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Vallengren. The DFP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Vallengren should have stopped the shot. VB-Team's Baltasar Matias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefano Lilipaly in the 86th minute of play. DFP made a substitution. Charlie Bjurström replaced Andrézinho Dracena. In the 89th minute DFP were awarded a corner. Kennet Martinsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Baltasar Matias successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. For all the effort they put into the match, the DFP players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for VB-Team.
