The corner ended in Patrick Custódio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SABALEPLUS's Santiago Toli did a great save. Nestor Iratxo made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Alonzo Urbasa sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute Pascual Chago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Psiu!'s goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Urbasa came free, but Nestor Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 22 in the game by Alonzo Urbasa from a close distance when the talented Nestor Iratxo managed to make a qualified save. Psiu!'s players were relieved. In the 23rd minute of the match SABALEPLUS got a corner. Psiu!'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dario Palombi ran over to the corner to take the kick. SABALEPLUS's Santiago Toli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuca Tepedino in the 25th minute of play. Pascual Chago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Nestor Iratxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32ndth minute of the game Alonzo Urbasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Psiu!'s Nestor Iratxo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nestor Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Chago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Psiu!'s Fritz Wiberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santiago Toli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Betão Amaral's late challenge caught a SABALEPLUS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Betão Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Psiu! getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Betão Amaral hit a great ball. In the 44th minute Pascual Chago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pascual Chago to make the kick off. Nestor Iratxo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alonzo Urbasa's shot from short distance in the 50th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pascual Chago in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nestor Iratxo saved Psiu! from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Psiu!'s Fritz Wiberg got a free kick in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Alonzo Urbasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. SABALEPLUS's supporters rose to their feet, but Alonzo Urbasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Iratxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nestor Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Chago, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The SABALEPLUS fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when SABALEPLUS's Pascual Chago looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that M. Andik Cabañas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nestor Iratxo was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Alonzo Urbasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nestor Iratxo having to make a save. 87 minutes into the match, Psiu!'s goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Urbasa came free, but Nestor Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuca Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
