The audience thought a goal was coming when Fred Nilsson got free with Sérgio Perez in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Fred Nilsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. WINNING ELEVEN's supporters rose to their feet, but Fred Nilsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sérgio Perez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sérgio Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Nilsson in the 16th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, WINNING ELEVEN's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Ribas came free, but Jake Leonard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Fred Nilsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WINNING ELEVEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fred Nilsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jake Leonard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Ribas in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Fred Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Classe A Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Nilsson came free, but Sérgio Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jake Leonard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Ricciardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Jake Leonard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pierre Gasly's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Vettel in the 47th minute of play forced WINNING ELEVEN's goalkeeper Jake Leonard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fred Nilsson in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sérgio Perez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fred Nilsson to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Abelardo Bidari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Classe A Futebol Clube booed when WINNING ELEVEN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Bidari didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Ricciardo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jake Leonard firmly grabbed it by the left post. Classe A Futebol Clube's Sérgio Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Nilsson in the 61st minute of play. WINNING ELEVEN's Patricio Ostadar was substituted for Wladimir Wasilewski. Daniel Ricciardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jake Leonard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jake Leonard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Ribas in the 69th minute of play. Andro Reiman was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 77 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in WINNING ELEVEN fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! Jake Leonard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haroldo Nascimento went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Sebastian Vettel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jake Leonard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute of the match Julio Tano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sérgio Perez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Classe A Futebol Clube's zone, Fred Nilsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sérgio Perez came out of the goal and Fred Nilsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 91 minutes of play, Classe A Futebol Clube's Diego Ribas made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jake Leonard was left in no man's land by his defense there! WINNING ELEVEN's Jake Leonard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Vettel in the 93rd minute of play. Falcão Paraibano kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Fred Nilsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sérgio Perez having to make a save. In the 99th minute WINNING ELEVEN were awarded a corner. Julio Tano went to the cornerflag to take it. WINNING ELEVEN's Julio Tano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sérgio Perez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Classe A Futebol Clube supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Classe A Futebol Clube would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
