The supporters of FC Les Corts booed when Orozcos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Montrel Marrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute of the match Florin Mala shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sergio Goycochea showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 69 minutes into the match, FC Les Corts's goal looked a bit too open when Delmiro Mel came free, but Tomás Amorebieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orozcos were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after FC Les Corts's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paulo Dybala took the corner. If Delmiro Mel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Delmiro Mel made a precise shot to the right of Tomás Amorebieta. FC Les Corts's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. The Orozcos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Orozcos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
