After 6 played minutes Henri Verhille rounded AVAÍ F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Hassan Laisney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Almir Matos in the 9th minute of the match. After 11 minutes Team Reunion974's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Valdir Martins who took care of the corner kick. Almir Matos made a great header on AVAÍ F.C.'s corner, it was just that Team Reunion974's Hassan Laisney managed to reach the ball for a save. Joël Malbec charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joël Malbec the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Team Reunion974:s Hassan Laisney showed great skill when he stopped Dario Alegría:s penalty. The supporters of AVAÍ F.C. booed when Team Reunion974 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henri Verhille didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hassan Laisney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmyr Salles in the 15th minute of play. Hassan Laisney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Alegría, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Team Reunion974's goal looked a bit too open when Edu Antunes came free, but Hassan Laisney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hassan Laisney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Alegría, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 minutes of play, AVAÍ F.C.'s Walmyr Salles made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hassan Laisney was left in no man's land by his defense there! 27 minutes into the match, AVAÍ F.C.'s goalkeeper Jailson Teles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sébastien Raillard. With a little luck, AVAÍ F.C.'s Jailson Teles got control of the ball when Sébastien Raillard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hassan Laisney didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Almir Matos went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Alegría in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hassan Laisney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

AVAÍ F.C.'s Dario Alegría got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Team Reunion974's Hassan Laisney got control of the ball when Walmyr Salles tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Hassan Laisney managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when AVAÍ F.C.'s Walmyr Salles fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Team Reunion974's goalkeeper Hassan Laisney, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Almir Matos in the 64th minute of play forced Team Reunion974's goalkeeper Hassan Laisney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henri Verhille recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Almir Matos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hassan Laisney. That made the score 1-4 in the 71 minute of play. Hassan Laisney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Alegría, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. AVAÍ F.C. made a substitution. Luizão Dantas replaced Dario Alegría. After taking down the ball on AVAÍ F.C.'s corner Elias Figueroa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hassan Laisney quite easily take care of the ball. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Walmyr Salles sped through Team Reunion974's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hassan Laisney. In the 88th minute, AVAÍ F.C.'s Luizão Dantas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. In the 90thth minute of the game Luizão Dantas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team Reunion974's Hassan Laisney was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. AVAÍ F.C. played a much better game than Team Reunion974 and deserved their victory. The Team Reunion974 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
