Mete Golob sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Vaqueteros FC's Javier Tono got control of the ball when Thomas Grandison tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafael van der Vaart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Glasston's Carlton Convine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tosun Paşa in the 18th minute of play. Carlton Convine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tosun Paşa went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to Glasston getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Thomas Grandison hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tosun Paşa in the 29th minute of play forced Glasston's goalkeeper Carlton Convine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Bennett Rishton threw the ball into play from the sideline. Vaqueteros FC's Bartolo Argina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Tosun Paşa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 33rd minute Tosun Paşa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlton Convine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bennett Rishton fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glasston's protests and gave Bennett Rishton a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Glasston's Bennett Rishton got a free kick in the 36th minute. After 38 played minutes Glasston got a freekick which was hit by Mete Golob. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Tosun Paşa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vaqueteros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tosun Paşa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlton Convine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute of the match, Rafael van der Vaart tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Javier Tono saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The attack was good, but when Rafael van der Vaart in the 41st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After taking down the ball on Vaqueteros FC's corner Bartolo Argina fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carlton Convine quite easily take care of the ball. After the first half Vaqueteros FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael van der Vaart stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Mete Golob fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glasston's protests and gave Mete Golob a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th match minute, Glasston was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mete Golob to maneuver through the defense. After 61 minutes Glasston's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Venancio Victoro who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Venancio Victoro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlton Convine quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Glasston's Carlton Convine got control of the ball when Bartolo Argina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlton Convine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tosun Paşa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tom Rheistein fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glasston's protests and gave Tom Rheistein a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Glasston's Tom Rheistein got a free kick in the 68th minute. Vaqueteros FC's Fikret Uluğ was substituted for Tosun Paşa. In the 70th match minute, Glasston was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Rheistein to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fikret Uluğ in the 71st minute of play forced Glasston's goalkeeper Carlton Convine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandru Stroescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlton Convine having to interfere. Fikret Uluğ struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Carlton Convine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vaqueteros FC. Carlton Convine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fikret Uluğ in the 82nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vaqueteros FC's zone, Thomas Grandison stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Tono came out of the goal and Thomas Grandison tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 91 played minutes, Glasston's Bengt-Rune Rolfsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Javier Tono came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Glasston reached it. In the 95th minute, Thomas Grandison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Glasston's goalkeeper Carlton Convine had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fikret Uluğ. Fikret Uluğ received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlton Convine came out and tried to block the shot, but Fikret Uluğ slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 98th minute. When the match was over Vaqueteros FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Glasston throughout the match.
