Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Laurendi in the 17th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Laurendi came free, but Dražen Ladić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Lopez scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dražen Ladić, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute Gaston Laurendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dražen Ladić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Orlando Cordarell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaston Laurendi took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dražen Ladić. Dražen Ladić dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 44th minute, Marcelo Cordero reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Qin Fan Sheng. The goal made the score 1-2. After the first half Club Atlético Temperley were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Cristiano Correia made the kick off in the second half. In the 64th minute, Marco Villerias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fisica UNT's goalkeeper Dražen Ladić had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlando Cordarell. Dražen Ladić made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Gaston Laurendi sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Club Atlético Temperley's Joel Pitin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. Qin Fan Sheng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haroldo Alfonso went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute Haroldo Alfonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qin Fan Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldo Alfonso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Qin Fan Sheng having to make a save. Qin Fan Sheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Alfonso in the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Club Atlético Temperley's Rolando Lopez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Club Atlético Temperley had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
