Marcelo Cordero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Wincenty Gdaniec when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcelo Cordero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wincenty Gdaniec. That made the score 3-0 in the 24 minute of play. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wieslaw Mazierz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Mazierz in the 31st minute of play. Marcelo Cordero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wincenty Gdaniec read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Wincenty Gdaniec made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Marcelo Cordero sent off a good shot on target. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martín Ferreyra in the 35th minute. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Martín Ferreyra was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wincenty Gdaniec in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Wincenty Gdaniec was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Marcelo Cordero capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcelo Cordero really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. When Dawid Cytrynski came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the FC Pierońskie Hanysy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dawid Cytrynski couldn't finish the play. Dariusz Serwach hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelo Cordero got free with Wincenty Gdaniec in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The corner ended in Andrew Robertson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Pierońskie Hanysy's Wincenty Gdaniec did a great save. If Marcelo Cordero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT made a substitution. Haroldo Alfonso replaced Marcelo Cordero. FC Pierońskie Hanysy's Lucjan Klimkiewicz was substituted for Miromir Burdalski. FC Pierońskie Hanysy's Dobromir Brack was substituted for Dariusz Serwach. 73 minutes into the match, FC Pierońskie Hanysy's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Alfonso came free, but Wincenty Gdaniec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Pierońskie Hanysy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. FC Pierońskie Hanysy were furious when Akis Papageorgakis was red carded, 89 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 89th minute, one of FC Pierońskie Hanysy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Pierońskie Hanysy. After a rather tough play, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Paulino Admon got a free kick in the 99th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Pierońskie Hanysy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
