In the 4thth minute of the game Mehmet Efe Keşif who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Arenillas's Enrique Cubria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enrique Cubria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Efe Keşif in the 5th minute of the match. Atlético Arenillas's Enrique Cubria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Jurdan in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Mehmet Efe Keşif made a precise shot to the right of Enrique Cubria. Atlético Arenillas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Enrique Cubria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Jurdan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Atilano Basualdo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enrique Cubria. Atlético Arenillas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Atilano Basualdo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Justo Jurdan managed to get in a good position for a shot. ESQUIU FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Justo Jurdan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Cubria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the game, Justo Jurdan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Enrique Cubria was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 29 played minutes ESQUIU FC got a freekick which was hit by Justo Jurdan. In the 31st minute, Juan-Pablo Louzara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Atilano Basualdo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when ESQUIU FC's Cristian-Gustavo Leiva fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Atilano Basualdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mehmet Efe Keşif in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Cubria saved Atlético Arenillas from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mehmet Efe Keşif to strike the kick off in the second half. Enrique Cubria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Jurdan in the 57th minute of play. Isidro Pacho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Akakios Kioubouroglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Arenillas's goalkeeper Enrique Cubria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enrique Cubria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Efe Keşif in the 70th minute. Enrique Cubria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Jurdan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Atlético Arenillas's Frede Hesteng got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute Mehmet Efe Keşif shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Cubria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético Arenillas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ESQUIU FC the free kick. The goalkeeper, Enrique Cubria, was totally fooled by ESQUIU FC's Victorio Honrio, who 94 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.
