Isaac Aureo came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Mathew Ayongo. But to his dismay, Mathew Ayongo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Real Racing Club's Su Yuan Yu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Udoka Ochegbulu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nacho Galván kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 20 minutes, Giorgian De Arrascaeta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Racing Club and the LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Giorgian De Arrascaeta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afolabi Onoja in the 20th minute of play forced Real Racing Club's goalkeeper Isaac Aureo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaac Aureo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oyakhilome Naeche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Oni Ojigwe made in the 26th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ejike Ummalah immediately put the ball in play. In the 28th match minute, Real Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Deunoro to maneuver through the defense. Afolabi Onoja took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isaac Aureo. Real Racing Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Su Yuan Yu's late challenge caught a LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Su Yuan Yu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Su Yuan Yu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the game, Su Yuan Yu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Udoka Ochegbulu. Su Yuan Yu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 44 minutes into the match, Su Yuan Yu notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Udoka Ochegbulu. Udoka Ochegbulu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's goalkeeper Udoka Ochegbulu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 54th minute Su Yuan Yu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Udoka Ochegbulu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Su Yuan Yu in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Udoka Ochegbulu saved LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 from getting behind. Real Racing Club's Silvio Amato got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's goalkeeper Udoka Ochegbulu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 67 minutes LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Giorgian De Arrascaeta who took care of the corner kick. Su Yuan Yu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Udoka Ochegbulu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Real Racing Club's goalkeeper Isaac Aureo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oyakhilome Naeche. The supporters of Real Racing Club booed when LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathew Ayongo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Udoka Ochegbulu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Su Yuan Yu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Di Fonzo hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute Oyakhilome Naeche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Aureo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Real Racing Club's Giorgian De Arrascaeta got a free kick in the 89th minute.
