Rui Patrício came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Sacro Balompié's Miguel Almiron. But to his dismay, Miguel Almiron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 9th minute, Diego Jaunzuria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sacro Balompié fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Nykvist in the 19th minute of play forced Sacro Balompié's goalkeeper Baltasar Sancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baltasar Sancho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvador Vilas Boas in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute Matias Maties shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Patrício saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Salvador Vilas Boas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Baltasar Sancho. The goal made the score 2-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Almiron in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rui Patrício saved Benficajuvestars from getting behind. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Benficajuvestars's goalkeeper Rui Patrício, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Maties in the 39th minute of play forced Benficajuvestars's goalkeeper Rui Patrício to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Diego Jaunzuria made a precise shot to the right of Rui Patrício. Benficajuvestars's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. 46 minutes into the match, Sacro Balompié's goalkeeper Baltasar Sancho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salvador Vilas Boas. After a rather tough play, Benficajuvestars's 魏常适 got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Matias Maties received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Rui Patrício tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Benficajuvestars getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Rubim Ramires hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Diego Jaunzuria dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rui Patrício, 2-4. Thanks to some nice moves Diego Jaunzuria could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Rui Patrício however easily saved by the left post. Baltasar Sancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Nykvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. When Rubim Ramires fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Benficajuvestars's protests and gave Rubim Ramires a yellow card for diving instead. Sacro Balompié's Minja Kim was substituted for Gaudencio Santos. Rubim Ramires hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Benficajuvestars's Rui Patrício got control of the ball when Luisito Lander tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Nykvist in the 72nd minute of play forced Sacro Balompié's goalkeeper Baltasar Sancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerry Nykvist took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baltasar Sancho. Baltasar Sancho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. In the 78th minute, Miguel Almiron ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rui Patrício was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Guimarães in the 82nd minute of play forced Sacro Balompié's goalkeeper Baltasar Sancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Benficajuvestars got a corner. Sacro Balompié's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. André Guimarães ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Benficajuvestars's corner Salvador Vilas Boas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Baltasar Sancho quite easily take care of the ball. Miguel Almirons short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Rui Patrício to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Luisito Lander got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 3-6 in the right cross in the 96th match minute before Rui Patrício had time to react.
