After a defensive mix-up in OROTINENSE's zone, David Dalgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liu Yong Yong came out of the goal and David Dalgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Liu Yong Yong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Lundqvist in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, OROTINENSE's Leonel Cisneros got a free kick in the 11th minute. After 12 played minutes, Kronan's Bror Lundqvist shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Liu Yong Yong came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kronan reached it. In the 16th minute, Elu Begal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jens-Ove Gallberg made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when David Talamanca sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute of the match, Songurhan Mete got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jens-Ove Gallberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With an all-out effort, OROTINENSE's Jens-Ove Gallberg threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jacek Walczak, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 25th minute Bror Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liu Yong Yong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, OROTINENSE's David Talamanca dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Liu Yong Yong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bror Lundqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes OROTINENSE got a freekick which was hit by Omar Carvajal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bror Lundqvist in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Liu Yong Yong prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Liu Yong Yong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bror Lundqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, OROTINENSE's goal looked a bit too open when Bror Lundqvist came free, but Liu Yong Yong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Kronan's goalkeeper Jens-Ove Gallberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Songurhan Mete. In the 43rd minute, Jacek Walczak reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jens-Ove Gallberg. The goal made the score 2-1. 47 minutes into the match, Kronan's goalkeeper Jens-Ove Gallberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Songurhan Mete. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Dalgren made a kick off. Camille Drame sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bror Lundqvist hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Jens-Ove Gallberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacek Walczak in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Kronan's Camille Drame dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Kronan made a substitution. Robin Sjöberg replaced Valter Åkerman. Kronan made a substitution. Edgar Vallin replaced David Dalgren. 71 minutes into the match, OROTINENSE's goal looked a bit too open when Bror Lundqvist came free, but Liu Yong Yong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72ndth minute of the game David Talamanca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kronan's Jens-Ove Gallberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Liu Yong Yong came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Kronan's Edgar Vallin. But to his dismay, Edgar Vallin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. OROTINENSE made a substitution. Minor Talamanca replaced Ruhi Uluöz. In the 80th minute, Bror Lundqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jimmy-Floyd Sung's late challenge caught a Kronan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimmy-Floyd Sung helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to OROTINENSE getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Jimmy-Floyd Sung hit a great ball. With a little luck, OROTINENSE's Liu Yong Yong got control of the ball when Kjell Wahlnäs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Liu Yong Yong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camille Drame, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liu Yong Yong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Vallin in the 90th minute. OROTINENSE's Liu Yong Yong proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save OROTINENSE from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kronan eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
