The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alper Benli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th match minute, Fire Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francis Aberle to maneuver through the defense. Loris Hellmüller didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alper Benli went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice moves Alper Benli could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Loris Hellmüller however easily saved by the left post. Liviu Iordache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francis Aberle in the 11th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Cillian Zellweger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Liviu Iordache was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. If Alper Benli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cillian Zellweger in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Liviu Iordache saved Tractorul Satulung -MM- from getting behind. When Alper Benli came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alper Benli couldn't finish the play. When Cillian Zellweger fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fire Devils's protests and gave Cillian Zellweger a yellow card for diving instead. Cillian Zellweger hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. With his leg Loris Hellmüller managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Alper Benli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mădălin Cangeopol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loris Hellmüller having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alper Benli was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Francis Aberle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Liviu Iordache was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Loris Hellmüller was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mădălin Cangeopol in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Loris Hellmüller saved Fire Devils from getting behind. In the 84th minute, Alper Benli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Loris Hellmüller was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. When Claus Huwyler fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fire Devils's protests and gave Claus Huwyler a yellow card for diving instead. Claus Huwyler kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Mădălin Cangeopol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loris Hellmüller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 95 minutes, Alper Benli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alper Benli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fire Devils players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tractorul Satulung -MM-.
