Edvin van der Saar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrique Borges's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Edvin van der Saar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeremias Seco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Edvin van der Saar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Seco in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute of the match Meninos De Cotia got a corner. GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jeremias Seco ran over to the corner to take the kick. Vitório Vasconcelos made a great header on Meninos De Cotia's corner, it was just that GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Edvin van der Saar managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 46th minute, Wit Winnicki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baladi Asenjo got free with Edvin van der Saar in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Meninos De Cotia booed when GIOVANNI DZIADZIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariusz Wasikowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the game, one of GIOVANNI DZIADZIA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 68th minute, Jeremias Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edvin van der Saar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Borys Golembiewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrique Borges's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Edvin van der Saar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 77th minute Jeremias Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin van der Saar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvin van der Saar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 78th minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. Meninos De Cotia's Paolo Maldini was substituted for Baladi Asenjo. Meninos De Cotia's Faustin Ostermann was substituted for Henrique Borges. With his leg Edvin van der Saar managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Meninos De Cotia's Faustin Ostermann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Faustin Ostermann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Edvin van der Saar made a huge save. Meninos De Cotia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jeremias Seco in the 96th minute. The corner ended in Jeremias Seco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Edvin van der Saar did a great save. Edvin van der Saar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faustin Ostermann went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score.
