An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Hammarbäck in the 3rd minute of play forced Metanse el Sim por culo's goalkeeper Mete Culiță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Metanse el Sim por culo's goalkeeper Mete Culiță, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mikael Hammarbäck in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mete Culiță prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 11 minutes Metanse el Sim por culo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucio Lehoi who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to El Branca del Vieja getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Fidel Marques hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, El Branca del Vieja's goalkeeper Marcos Muc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zabal Araoz. Marcos Muc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artal Astiago in the 16th minute of play. El Branca del Vieja's J.P. Branca quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marcones Jimilio, made in the 17th minute of the game. Mikael Hammarbäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24thth minute of the game Mikael Hammarbäck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Metanse el Sim por culo's Mete Culiță was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Metanse el Sim por culo defense, Mikael Hammarbäck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mete Culiță. The Metanse el Sim por culo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mete Culiță should have stopped the shot. Ramiro James sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 33 played minutes El Branca del Vieja got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Lehoi. Zabal Araoz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Marcos Muc made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mikael Hammarbäck in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mete Culiță prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The El Branca del Vieja fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when El Branca del Vieja's Mikael Hammarbäck looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Metanse el Sim por culo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. El Branca del Vieja were winning 0-3.

Mikael Hammarbäck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to El Branca del Vieja getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Lucio Lehoi hit a great ball. Feliciano Cedron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mikael Hammarbäcks short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Mete Culiță to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mikael Hammarbäck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mete Culiță read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Alberto Serapio's late challenge caught a Metanse el Sim por culo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Serapio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, El Branca del Vieja's Alberto Serapio got a free kick in the 68th minute. If Mikael Hammarbäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 77 minutes, Mikael Hammarbäck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Branca del Vieja's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Hammarbäck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcones Jimilio made in the 81st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Zabal Araoz immediately put the ball in play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcones Jimilio during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcones Jimilio hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the game, Mikael Hammarbäck lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Mete Culiță. Mete Culiță made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Mikael Hammarbäck sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, El Branca del Vieja's Fidel Marques got a free kick in the 94th minute. Feliciano Cedron was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. El Branca del Vieja's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
