Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ciriaco Cordarrell got the match started through his kick off. Ciriaco Cordarrell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domingos Mambru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Fausto Gonzo hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. When Froilan Jatsu came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the SAN LORENZO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Froilan Jatsu couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Rondeau booed when SAN LORENZO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Eufrasio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rondeau's Domingos Mambru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 13th minute of play. Ciriaco Cordarrell might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Mambru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciriaco Cordarrell ran back to his position shaking his head. Ciriaco Cordarrell might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Mambru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciriaco Cordarrell ran back to his position shaking his head. Ciriaco Cordarrell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Domingos Mambru having to make a save. Ciriaco Cordarrell scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Domingos Mambru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ciriaco Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Domingos Mambru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Ciriaco Cordarrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Mambru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Rondeau's goal looked a bit too open when Ciriaco Cordarrell came free, but Domingos Mambru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Octavio Gonza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
Gustavo Matosas struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Domingos Mambru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAN LORENZO FC. After 53 minutes, Bernardino Sauveur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rondeau and the SAN LORENZO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SAN LORENZO FC booed when Rondeau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Sauveur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Eufrasio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Mambru having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Primeiro came free, but Julio Ferman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingos Mambru was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ciriaco Cordarrell showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 59 minute of play. SAN LORENZO FC's Nicolás Anelka was substituted for Ciriaco Cordarrell. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Nicolás Anelka got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nicolás Anelka might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Mambru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolás Anelka ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Rondeau's Omar Costante got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 73rd play minute Nicolás Anelka came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Domingos Mambru. 0-4. Nicolás Anelka might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Mambru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolás Anelka ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Nicolás Anelka sped through Rondeau's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Domingos Mambru. Nicolás Anelka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingos Mambru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacobo Celino in the 88th minute. Nicolás Anelkas short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Domingos Mambru to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. SAN LORENZO FC's Octavio Gonza got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Nicolás Anelka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Rondeau fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SAN LORENZO FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
