The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Josef Müller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Calatayud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's zone, Josef Müller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jon Calatayud came out of the goal and Josef Müller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cugat Marines in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raul Isias saved PINGO PINGO from getting behind. Josef Müller let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 12th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. Jon Calatayud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Eneas in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's 麦鹰义 seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed 麦鹰义 the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and 麦鹰义 had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! Raul Isias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Dorio in the 25th minute of play. The PINGO PINGO fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when PINGO PINGO's Josef Müller looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jon Calatayud was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Federico Eneas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Federico Eneas really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodoro Dorio in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raul Isias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Henry Salazar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by António Frankenhaeuser in the 40 minute of the game. In the 42nd minute, António Frankenhaeuser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josef Müller to strike the kick off in the second half. Jon Calatayud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Eneas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raul Isias made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Rey Northe sent off a good shot on target. In the 67thth minute of the game Josef Müller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Jon Calatayud was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 70 minutes into the match, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Eneas came free, but Jon Calatayud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltazar Fonticoba replaced Teodoro Dorio. In the 81st match minute, PINGO PINGO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josef Müller to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Eneas came free, but Jon Calatayud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 played minutes PINGO PINGO got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Gutierrez. After 95 minutes of play, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Baltazar Fonticoba made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raul Isias was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The PINGO PINGO fans cheered their team off the field, for while ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
