Noqueces FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Egídio Souza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Igor Cordaro. Noqueces FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egídio Souza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Egídio Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Igor Cordaro made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Cordera in the 24th minute of play forced Fenato futebol clube's goalkeeper Otávio Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute of the match Noqueces FC got a corner. Fenato futebol clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leon Lauaxeta ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 30th minute, Fenato futebol clube's Fernando Aguiar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Saldanha in the 35th minute of play forced Noqueces FC's goalkeeper Igor Cordaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Otávio Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Cordera, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fenato futebol clube's zone, Teodoro Cordera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Otávio Massa came out of the goal and Teodoro Cordera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Igor Cordaro made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Carlos Fernando Veloso sent off a good shot on target. Otávio Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Cordera in the 43rd minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Teodoro Cordera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Otávio Massa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The referee felt a red card was in order, 52 minutes into the game, when Arnaldo Bastia put in a rough tackle. The supporters of Fenato futebol clube booed when Noqueces FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Bastia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute, Miguel Pirani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Fenato futebol clube's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Cordera came free, but Otávio Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noqueces FC's Justino Kusko was substituted for Teodoro Cordera. After 66 played minutes Noqueces FC got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Izquierdo. Noqueces FC's Igor Cordaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Fernando Veloso in the 68th minute of play. Justino Kusko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Otávio Massa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Leandro Saldanha put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Igor Cordaro. Igor Cordaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egídio Souza in the 86th minute of play. With a little luck, Fenato futebol clube's Otávio Massa got control of the ball when Justino Kusko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Narciso Gasteiz kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fenato futebol clube fully deserved thier win.
