A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Daniel Alcântara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benedito Trigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Rômulo de Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafim Barros in the 8th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chiquinho Neto to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Éder Madureira got free with Rômulo de Almeida in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chicão Matos hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Benedito Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Neto in the 26th minute of play. Rômulo de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafim Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Marco Torres scored 3-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rômulo de Almeida, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 63rd minute Éder Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rômulo de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedito Trigo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 94 minutes, Yu Yang Sang made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Rômulo de Almeida tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
