Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roch Komornicki to make the kick off. In the 85th minute, Olimpia HSB's Jacek Pietrowiak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Joachim Forseth. Joachim Forseth yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. After 89 minutes of play, Olimpia HSB's Jacek Pietrowiak made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joachim Forseth was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jacek Pietrowiak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Joachim Forseth when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Zbyszko Skorny got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Olimpia HSB eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
