When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filomeno Remir made a kick off. Filomeno Remir might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Markus Fågel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manfredi AFC's Roman Vachon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt Alström in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Polly Magoo Juniors getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Omero Zubiaga hit a great ball. Markus Fågel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Rafe in the 85th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Son Banana in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Markus Fågel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manfredi AFC's Son Banana managed to work through Polly Magoo Juniors's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Son Banana dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Fausto Rafe did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Markus Fågel 90 minutes into the match. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Rafe, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Manfredi AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
