Victoriano Loreto hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the game, Cactos's Cengizhan Baycan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Layton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Roberto Layton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cengizhan Baycan in the 39th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augustin Amurăriței made a kick off. Roberto Layton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cengizhan Baycan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cactos's Luisinho Maciel was substituted for Cengizhan Baycan.
