Nurkan Beycan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Reynardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 9 minutes into the match, 康雄霆 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Macario. Berutti FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 康雄霆 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 康雄霆's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Macario read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Berutti FC's Sebastian Lobo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nurkan Beycan. That made the score 1-1 after 15 minutes of play. 19 minutes into the match, Berutti FC's goal looked a bit too open when 康雄霆 came free, but Bruno Macario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute of the match XL-Azrail Team got a corner. Berutti FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vecdi Baysan ran over to the corner to take the kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Berutti FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! 康雄霆 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 39 minutes, Vecdi Baysan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the XL-Azrail Team and the Berutti FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes XL-Azrail Team got a freekick which was hit by Vecdi Baysan. XL-Azrail Team's 康雄霆 got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When 康雄霆 came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the XL-Azrail Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 康雄霆 couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Lobo was the one to do the kick off. Bruno Macario was a little too slow when 康雄霆 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 1-4. 康雄霆 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Bruno Macario made a huge save. Bruno Macario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 康雄霆, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 康雄霆 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Bruno Macario made a huge save. The audience was convinced that 康雄霆's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Macario was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After having played for 85 minutes, Pablo Reynardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Macario prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute, 康雄霆 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The XL-Azrail Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. The XL-Azrail Team supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing XL-Azrail Team would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
