Zoil Pequeño started the match with the kick off. Bjørn Ironside made in the 6th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pogoń Szczecin's Cezary Jarocewicz. Stefanos Stefanopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Boldu having to interfere. Zoil Pequeño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stefanos Stefanopoulos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jose Boldu having to make a save. Norbert Majors short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Jose Boldu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jose Boldu made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Norbert Major sent off a good shot on target. Zoil Pequeño took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastião Xoxe. Sebastião Xoxe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Norbert Major's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jose Boldu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Zoil Pequeño struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Sebastião Xoxe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo ScrugenFC. 43 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Zoil Pequeño came free, but Sebastião Xoxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pogoń Szczecin getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Leon Binau hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Norbert Major to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norbert Major in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jose Boldu saved Deportivo ScrugenFC from getting behind. Jose Boldu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Major, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Pogoń Szczecin's Anselmo Doris got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Anselmo Doris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the game, Norbert Major cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jose Boldu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Leobardo Padierna was substituted for Zoil Pequeño. 76 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's Norbert Major sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jose Boldu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 76 minutes into the game, Norbert Major cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo ScrugenFC's Leobardo Padierna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastião Xoxe. That made the score 3-2 after 94 minutes of play. Deportivo ScrugenFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
