The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Machine Gun Kelly's Conrado Erramun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sean Van Dijck. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conrado Erramun got free with Sean Van Dijck in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Froilan Abar kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. If Conrado Erramun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Limburg United's Sean Van Dijck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Limburg United from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fredrik Terwenhout in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadeo Udalaitz saved Machine Gun Kelly from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Machine Gun Kelly's Conrado Erramun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sean Van Dijck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th minute of the match Machine Gun Kelly got a corner. Limburg United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Conrado Erramun ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Limburg United's Anios Karaoulanis got a free kick in the 24th minute. Sean Van Dijck made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Conrado Erramun sent off a good shot on target. Epifanio Lartaun hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Tadeo Udalaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joris De Raeve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 33 in the game by Conrado Erramun from a close distance when the talented Sean Van Dijck managed to make a qualified save. Limburg United's players were relieved. 35 minutes into the match, Machine Gun Kelly's Conrado Erramun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sean Van Dijck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sean Van Dijck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conrado Erramun in the 37th minute. Fredrik Terwenhout sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sean Van Dijck was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Conrado Erramun capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Conrado Erramun really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Tadeo Udalaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Coekelbergh in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fredrik Terwenhout to make the kick off. Tadeo Udalaitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joris De Raeve in the 52nd minute. Machine Gun Kelly made a substitution. Aristides Boniel replaced Conrado Erramun. Machine Gun Kelly made a substitution. Tony Parker replaced Sebastian Kismi. Pieter-Maarten Van Beets got a throw-in 62 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Joris De Raeve. 65 minutes into the match, Machine Gun Kelly's Aristides Boniel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sean Van Dijck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 74th minute Aristides Boniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sean Van Dijck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Limburg United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tony Parker was slow to take the kick. During this time Machine Gun Kelly's players had a chance to rest. Tony Parker made a great header on Machine Gun Kelly's corner, it was just that Limburg United's Sean Van Dijck managed to reach the ball for a save. Sean Van Dijck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Boniel, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Terwenhout in the 81st minute of play forced Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Tadeo Udalaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristides Boniel took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sean Van Dijck. Sean Van Dijck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Sean Van Dijck came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Machine Gun Kelly's Aristides Boniel. But to his dismay, Aristides Boniel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 95th minute, one of Limburg United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Limburg United. Machine Gun Kelly were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Limburg United for a fine match.
