The supporters of Blue Mountain State booed when Dalmore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Beckers didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute Karol Panasewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Versluys saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Stef Salms in the 29th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Blue Mountain State's Yaser Oğuzman. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karol Panasewicz to strike the kick off in the second half. Blue Mountain State's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karol Panasewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karol Panasewicz in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hubert Versluys prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Blue Mountain State made a substitution. Gökcan Bergin replaced Vitinho Faria. Karol Panasewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Hubert Versluys made a huge save. Stef Salms kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Karol Panasewicz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hubert Versluys. That made the score 0-11 in the 73 minute of play. After some careless play in the Dalmore defense, Lionel-Andrés Messi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hubert Versluys. The Dalmore fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hubert Versluys should have stopped the shot. 82 minutes into the game, Lionel-Andrés Messi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-14. Blue Mountain State's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
