If Fausto Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Paulo Victor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Scarlet Speedster's Samuel Quirino got a free kick in the 17th minute. Paulo Victor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Mendonça's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Mathias Alves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Naldo Proença read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Virgílio Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Victor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Joaquim Tande quite brazenly broke a throw-in by 龚棋岩, made in the 29th minute of the game. In the 31stth minute of the game Virgílio Perez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Paulo Victor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paulo Victor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgílio Perez in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Mendonça in the 39th minute of play forced TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Paulo Victor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mathias Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 44 played minutes Scarlet Speedster got a freekick which was hit by João Severino. Paulo Victor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgílio Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

TIMETER EC -DMZ- made a substitution. Sakarias Allbom replaced Johannes Øien. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Virgílio Perez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Virgílio Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Paulo Victor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 58 minutes, Mathias Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mathias Alves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Andrézinho Recife was substituted for Guilherme Félix. TIMETER EC -DMZ- made a substitution. Germano Vasconcelos replaced Mathias Alves. Paulo Victor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Mendonça in the 70th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by 龚棋岩 in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Nicolas Alcântara. After 89 minutes of play, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Germano Vasconcelos made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Naldo Proença was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to TIMETER EC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Sakarias Allbom hit a great ball. If Germano Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
