Dale Dolar started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Jorge Carrascal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Lepuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gelu Lepuș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Carrascal, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Dale Dolar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gelu Lepuș made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Dale Dolar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gelu Lepuș was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dale Dolar in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gelu Lepuș saved Cadu Team from getting behind. Gelu Lepuș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dale Dolar in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dale Dolar in the 31st minute of play forced Cadu Team's goalkeeper Gelu Lepuș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dale Dolar in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dale Dolar in the 35th minute of play forced Cadu Team's goalkeeper Gelu Lepuș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gelu Lepuș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Dolar in the 38th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dale Dolar in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gelu Lepuș prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 41 minutes, Radul Kokalov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barcellos Mineiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radul Kokalov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Eliézer de Carvalho was substituted for Arí Paraibano. After a rather tough play, Cadu Team's Renato Barral got a free kick in the 48th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mattias Downing to strike the kick off in the second half. When Válbson Paiva fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cadu Team's protests and gave Válbson Paiva a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cadu Team getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Válbson Paiva hit a great ball. Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Cadu Team from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Dale Dolar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gelu Lepuș narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teodoro Lago hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When Dale Dolar came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Barcellos Mineiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dale Dolar couldn't finish the play. Vânderson Saa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Válbson Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Cadu Team's Andre Barugh was substituted for Teodoro Lago. 70 minutes into the match, Dale Dolar notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș. Gelu Lepuș was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 73 minutes into the match, Barcellos Mineiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Paiva came free, but Vânderson Saa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 played minutes Barcellos Mineiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Radul Kokalov. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Tião Paraíba was substituted for Clóvis Vieira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Válbson Paiva in the 77th minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Vânderson Saa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cadu Team's zone, Dale Dolar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gelu Lepuș came out of the goal and Dale Dolar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A sloppy throw-in by Zézinho Paranaense in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Barcellos Mineiro FC's Radul Kokalov. After 83 minutes, Dale Dolar made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gelu Lepuș didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dale Dolar went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Jorge Carrascal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gelu Lepuș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zézinho Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cadu Team's Zézinho Paranaense got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the match was over Barcellos Mineiro FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cadu Team throughout the match.
