To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the game, Edin Džeko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-5. Zheng Di Xi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle sounded Nova Erechim - FSCMZ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MDS Soccer Club.
