The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filcho Kordov didn't get a good kick on the ball. A nice corner shot did that Juan Sartori got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pankracy Glogowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 35th minute Isaias Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Isaias Jakue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Jakue in the 40th minute of play. Pankracy Glogowski came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Buceo's Isaias Jakue. But to his dismay, Isaias Jakue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After the first half Sporting Buceo were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isaias Jakue to strike the kick off in the second half. Isaias Jakue succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 51st playminute. Benigno Abreu's late challenge caught a Sporting Buceo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Jakue in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Glogowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A nice corner shot did that Yao Yan Sen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pankracy Glogowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sporting Buceo's Maureen Franco was substituted for Isaias Jakue. Sporting Buceo made a substitution. Sebastian Muc replaced Filimon Gamburtsev. 65 minutes into the game, one of Sporting Buceo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Club Atlético Atlanta a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ciro Ferdinand, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sporting Buceo's Maximo Horquizar. 1-3. In the 97th minute, Sebastian Muc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sporting Buceo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
