Adam Rednic took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tahsin Orguntay. Under 18 Universe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kadri Coşan might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcel Anisie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kadri Coşan ran back to his position shaking his head. 20 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Kadri Coşan came free, but Marcel Anisie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Ovidiu Crăciun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 24 minutes, Kadri Coşan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Under 18 Universe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kadri Coşan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Șerban Damian to maneuver through the defense. Bircan Temizsan kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Marcel Anisie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kadri Coşan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcel Anisie came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Under 18 Universe's Kadri Coşan. But to his dismay, Kadri Coşan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Șerban Damian made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Kadri Coşan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcel Anisie was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. David Greblă hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Basarab Bâlea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tahsin Orguntay was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The supporters of Under 18 Universe booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxim Doinaș didn't get a good kick on the ball. Under 18 Universe's Ferman Unsur shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 64th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcel Anisie but with some difficulty. Șerban Damian kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Kadri Coşan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 66 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goalkeeper Marcel Anisie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kadri Coşan. Ümit Akersoy struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Marcel Anisie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Under 18 Universe. Tahsin Orguntay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Greblă, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Kadri Coşans short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Marcel Anisie to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kadri Coşan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 87 minutes, David Greblă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DINAMO and the Under 18 Universe players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. David Greblă hit a great ball. Kadri Coşan struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Marcel Anisie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Under 18 Universe. When Filip Piersic fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DINAMO's protests and gave Filip Piersic a yellow card for diving instead. Filip Piersic hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the last second Marcel Anisie throw himself and got hold of the ball when Kadri Coşan in the 93rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Marcel Anisie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kadri Coşan in the 94th minute. Despite being the better team, Under 18 Universe failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
