Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Martin Maties took the kick off in the first half of the match. Melquiades Amor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Maties, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 4thth minute of the game Iván Sotomayor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.D Las Palmas - Chota's Fede Saron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 6 minutes C.D Las Palmas - Chota's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Egoitz Ferreiro who took care of the corner kick. Melquiades Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lartaun Riera in the 8th minute of play. Melquiades Amor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Maties, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After having played for 14 minutes, Iván Sotomayor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iván Sotomayor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. U21 Peru's Melquiades Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haider Baroun in the 17th minute of play. After 18 played minutes U21 Peru got a freekick which was hit by Egoitz Ferreiro. Melquiades Amor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haider Baroun, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 20th minute, Haider Baroun made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Amor. U21 Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Melquiades Amor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Maties, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute François Rouvrais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Amor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in C.D Las Palmas - Chota's zone, Iván Sotomayor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fede Saron came out of the goal and Iván Sotomayor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melquiades Amor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from François Rouvrais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lilian Thuram recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C.D Las Palmas - Chota's Fede Saron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save C.D Las Palmas - Chota from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.D Las Palmas - Chota's goalkeeper Fede Saron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. C.D Las Palmas - Chota's Fede Saron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save C.D Las Palmas - Chota from getting a goal against them. Melquiades Amor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haider Baroun, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. François Rouvrais succeeded in the game's 48th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2.

U21 Peru's Melquiades Amor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save U21 Peru from getting a goal against them. After 56 minutes U21 Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ugaitz Pedrera who took care of the corner kick. Pepe Payet tried in the game's 56th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Melquiades Amor. An annoying self made goal, 0-3. 60 minutes into the match, U21 Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Haider Baroun came free, but Melquiades Amor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Iván Sotomayor came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the U21 Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iván Sotomayor couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, Iván Sotomayor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U21 Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. U21 Peru's Dennis Bergkamp was substituted for Iván Sotomayor. After having played for 76 minutes, Dennis Bergkamp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis Bergkamp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, U21 Peru's goalkeeper Melquiades Amor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haider Baroun. Dennis Bergkamp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fede Saron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Fede Saron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dennis Bergkamp's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Checa Peñas hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Fede Saron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Bergkamp in the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Dennis Bergkamp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fede Saron was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Haider Baroun kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Melquiades Amor. That made the score 3-4 in the 97 minute of play. C.D Las Palmas - Chota played a much better game than U21 Peru and deserved their victory. The U21 Peru players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
