Aquiles Senio made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Fagildo Pamanes sent off a good shot on target. Dionisia's Aquiles Senio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 9th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melchor Gregory in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Orlando Gatti saved Consejo del Mate from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Gregory in the 17th minute of play forced Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 minutes Consejo del Mate's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Florencio Chano who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Dionisia's Konstanty Poniewaz getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstanty Poniewaz in the 20th minute of play. Hugo Orlando Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Gregory, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Dionisia's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Santana came free, but Aquiles Senio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Dionisia booed when Consejo del Mate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Kemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bartlomiej Mosiniak kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Melchor Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Aquiles Senio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Santana in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, Dionisia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Xacintu to maneuver through the defense. Dionisia's Sebastian Cisco was substituted for Florencio Chano. Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Beturian in the 61st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Beturian got free with Hugo Orlando Gatti in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dionisia's Aquiles Senio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hugo Orlando Gatti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnaldo Beturian in the 72nd minute. Arnaldo Beturian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Hugo Orlando Gatti made a huge save. A nice corner shot did that Honorato Zambujal got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aquiles Senio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 79 minutes into the match, Dionisia's Arnaldo Beturian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hugo Orlando Gatti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st minute Dionisia were awarded a corner. Denis Ereinotz went to the cornerflag to take it. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Consejo del Mate's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Denis Ereinotz was slow to take the kick. During this time Dionisia's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Dionisia's corner Denis Ereinotz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hugo Orlando Gatti quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 85th minute of play forced Dionisia's goalkeeper Aquiles Senio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90thth minute of the game Arnaldo Beturian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Julio Kemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
