When 孙凡冰 fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Djurgårdens IF's protests and gave 孙凡冰 a yellow card for diving instead. 孙凡冰 kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ made a substitution. Lucas Magee replaced Olle Kvalfält. Jacinto Hermida scored 0-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yngve Fredriksson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Åke Termander was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Åke Termander in the 51st minute of play forced FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's goalkeeper Fabian Kosiorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobias Pettersson got his second yellow card in the match during the 53rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ booed when Djurgårdens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Pettersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcus Botvidsson didn't quite understand what happened when in the 57 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Fabian Kosiorek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Djurgårdens IF. Fabian Kosiorek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Åke Termander, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's Jacinto Hermida got a free kick in the 67th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Karl-Åke Termander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Kosiorek. FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karl-Åke Termander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Fabian Kosiorek came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Djurgårdens IF's Karl-Åke Termander. But to his dismay, Karl-Åke Termander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Jarah Al Ammar made in the 94th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Djurgårdens IF's Hieronim Posadzki. After a rather tough play, Djurgårdens IF's Karl-Åke Termander got a free kick in the 95th minute. The FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
