After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when David Gelmiro made the kick off in the second half. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Silvano Arnau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessio Odisio in the 54th minute of play. AC Roma's Aurelio Barresi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. AC Roma walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
