Miromir Lerych's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlo Cirone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. If Miromir Lerych had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 7 minutes into the match, Głodne Ghule u21's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Barresi came free, but Arturo Borubar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arturo Borubar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felice Fantozzi in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Augusto Evangelista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Roma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Głodne Ghule u21 the free kick. In the 14th minute, Augusto Evangelista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 16 minutes AC Roma's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Przemyslaw Lanczak who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Głodne Ghule u21's Przemyslaw Lanczak to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlo Cirone despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Carlo Cirone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miromir Lerych's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Głodne Ghule u21 were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after AC Roma's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Przemyslaw Lanczak took the corner. The corner led Głodne Ghule u21's Przemyslaw Lanczak to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlo Cirone despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, AC Roma's Carlo Cirone got control of the ball when Miromir Lerych tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Głodne Ghule u21 fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Głodne Ghule u21's Miromir Lerych looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 41 minutes AC Roma's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Przemyslaw Lanczak who took care of the corner kick. Carlo Cirone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miromir Lerych, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute of the match Angelo Nola shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arturo Borubar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Carlo Cirone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miromir Lerych in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felice Fantozzi to make the kick off. Miromir Lerych recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlo Cirone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Exposito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miromir Lerych in the 56th minute of play forced AC Roma's goalkeeper Carlo Cirone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, AC Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Miromir Lerych came free, but Carlo Cirone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Kajetan Rukszcz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Głodne Ghule u21 made a substitution. Alfred Tscherner replaced Przemyslaw Lanczak. Kajetan Rukszcz kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Głodne Ghule u21's goal looked a bit too open when Alessio Odisio came free, but Arturo Borubar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miromir Lerych in the 70th minute of play forced AC Roma's goalkeeper Carlo Cirone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Miromir Lerych had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carlo Cirone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Lerych, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Głodne Ghule u21 got a freekick which was hit by Erik Exposito. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC Roma's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Piotr Bernaciak was slow to take the kick. During this time Głodne Ghule u21's players had a chance to rest. If Alfred Tscherner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A very nice done corner allowed Erik Exposito to score against Carlo Cirone in AC Roma's goal. 4-0 after 86 minutes. Głodne Ghule u21's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
