Golden Lions FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Villiam Olofsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Primitivo Firme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Villiam Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. A collision led to Administrativo Sport Club getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Bernardino Leizarraga hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Villiam Olofsson to make the kick off. The supporters of Golden Lions FC booed when Administrativo Sport Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Fe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute Villiam Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Firme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Primitivo Firme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Villiam Olofsson in the 57th minute of the match. Jens-Ola Strömbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Cambranes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Primitivo Firme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Villiam Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Cristo Pueblo came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jens-Ola Strömbom could save by the left post. Villiam Olofsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Primitivo Firme having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villiam Olofsson in the 71st minute of play forced Administrativo Sport Club's goalkeeper Primitivo Firme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Strömbom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristo Pueblo. Primitivo Firme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Villiam Olofsson's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute Golden Lions FC were awarded a corner. Christopher Melberg went to the cornerflag to take it. Golden Lions FC's Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Primitivo Firme in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Villiam Olofsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Primitivo Firme. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Villiam Olofsson ran back to his position shaking his head. A sloppy throw-in by Bernardino Leizarraga in the 84th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Golden Lions FC's Håkan Hamberg. Bernardino Leizarraga got a throw-in 85 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Edgard Oidor. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villiam Olofsson in the 88th minute of play forced Administrativo Sport Club's goalkeeper Primitivo Firme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardino Leizarraga made in the 95th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Golden Lions FC's Håkan Hamberg. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Golden Lions FC fully deserved thier win.
