Sven-Olof Kielstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Rojas got free with André Gustafsson in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Caaguazu fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Caaguazu's Daniel Rojas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rich Barth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Olof Kielstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. A hard shot 19 in the game by Daniel Rojas from a close distance when the talented André Gustafsson managed to make a qualified save. Oskars Glada Gäng's players were relieved. 21 minutes into the game, Niclas Ennegren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oskars Glada Gäng's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caaguazu the free kick. Niclas Ennegren hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Olof Kielstedt in the 27th minute of play forced Caaguazu's goalkeeper Rich Barth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Rojas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised André Gustafsson 28 minutes into the match. When Oskars Glada Gäng's Fu Shu Xuan in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caaguazu's goalie prevented a goal. In the 34th minute of the match, Reyes Barcenilla tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but André Gustafsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 36 minutes Oskars Glada Gäng's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Miro Olivos who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Oskars Glada Gäng's goalie and right to Mauro Bocaran. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Oskars Glada Gäng's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Arlo Albiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. André Gustafsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Daniel Rojas notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Oskars Glada Gäng's André Gustafsson. André Gustafsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Oskars Glada Gäng's André Gustafsson got control of the ball when Arlo Albiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Daniel Rojas lined in a short shot 5-0 behind a frustrated André Gustafsson. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Rojas was the one to do the kick off. When Caaguazu's Daniel Rojas in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oskars Glada Gäng's goalie prevented a goal. Oskars Glada Gäng's André Gustafsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reyes Barcenilla in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Caaguazu booed when Oskars Glada Gäng was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fu Shu Xuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erland Vinström made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Caaguazu's Gabriel Labiada. Caaguazu's Rich Barth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fu Shu Xuan in the 64th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Daniel Rojas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caaguazu's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Rojas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Gustafsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Caaguazu's Rui Trigueiro got a free kick in the 70th minute. Sven-Olof Kielstedt succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-2 in the 73rd playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Arlo Albiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caaguazu's supporters rose to their feet, but Arlo Albiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Gustafsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. André Gustafsson came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Caaguazu's Daniel Rojas. But to his dismay, Daniel Rojas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. After 81 minutes, Daniel Rojas made it 7-2 with a short kick to the right side. Oskars Glada Gäng's André Gustafsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Caaguazu's Miro Olivos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Peter Kielstedt in the 88 minute of the game. In the 90thth minute of the game Errolan Cillero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oskars Glada Gäng's André Gustafsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rich Barth was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Niclas Ennegren. When the referee ended the match the Caaguazu players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
