Spectators: 7463 (Terracing: 5598, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Casper Wall started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Anders Dahlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miltos Theriaklis in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koulis Psomiadis in the 13th minute of play forced AC Zoégas™'s goalkeeper Anders Dahlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Koulis Psomiadis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anders Dahlberg. AC Zoégas™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Koulis Psomiadis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Tim Liljeström kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Dimitris Koukoulas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Anders Dahlberg made a huge save. Dimitris Koukoulas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Anders Dahlberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Stamatis Lakerdas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AC Zoégas™'s Casper Wall got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, AC Zoégas™'s goal looked a bit too open when Thanasis Tsipas came free, but Anders Dahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Go Ahead Eagles booed when AC Zoégas™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Nyberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anders Dahlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimosthenis Kakarnakis in the 30th minute of play. Anders Dahlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimosthenis Kakarnakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Go Ahead Eagles booed when AC Zoégas™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tim Liljeström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Koulis Psomiadis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Anders Dahlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dimitris Koukoulas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 44th playminute. Anders Dahlberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitris Koukoulas went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dimitris Koukoulas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AC Zoégas™'s Anders Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Koukoulas in the 54th minute of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Thanasis Tsipas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Go Ahead Eagles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thanasis Tsipas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the AC Zoégas™ defense, Miltos Theriaklis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anders Dahlberg. The AC Zoégas™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anders Dahlberg should have stopped the shot. If Dimosthenis Kakarnakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miltos Theriaklis took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anders Dahlberg. Anders Dahlberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. AC Zoégas™'s Anders Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimosthenis Kakarnakis in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitris Koukoulas in the 70th minute of play forced AC Zoégas™'s goalkeeper Anders Dahlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimmie Knutsson's late challenge caught a Go Ahead Eagles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimmie Knutsson helped the player get up and apologised. Anders Dahlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Koukoulas in the 76th minute of play. 6-0 became the score in the 77th minute when Miltos Theriaklis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 84th match minute, AC Zoégas™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casper Wall to maneuver through the defense. Dimitris Koukoulas took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anders Dahlberg. Anders Dahlberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After a rather tough play, AC Zoégas™'s Gustav Ivarsson got a free kick in the 98th minute. When the referee ended the match the Go Ahead Eagles players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
