In the 10th minute, Balázs Kovács hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Daniel Tănăsocă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Helmuth Duckadam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gergő Tisza in the 12th minute of the match. Helmuth Duckadam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gergő Tisza, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. A collision led to ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Kornél Laczkó hit a great ball. Daniel Tănăsocă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Bálint Bodnár made a huge save. Helmuth Duckadam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gergő Tisza, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The audience was convinced that Gergő Tisza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Helmuth Duckadam was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Gergő Tisza took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Helmuth Duckadam. Helmuth Duckadam dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Helmuth Duckadam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gergő Tisza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrik Nagy hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Szabolcs Szarka got a free kick in the 41st minute. Bálint Bodnár made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Tănăsocă in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balázs Kovács in the 45th minute of play forced Vama Veche ™'s goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47thth minute of the game Gergő Tisza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vama Veche ™'s Helmuth Duckadam was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Vama Veche ™'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dániel Veress took the corner. A collision led to ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Gergő Tisza hit a great ball. Bálint Bodnár came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Vama Veche ™'s Daniel Tănăsocă. But to his dismay, Daniel Tănăsocă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Balázs Kovács kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Daniel Tănăsocă struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Bálint Bodnár didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vama Veche ™. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Bálint Bodnár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Tănăsocă in the 61st minute of play. With a little luck, Vama Veche ™'s Helmuth Duckadam got control of the ball when Gergő Tisza tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 66 played minutes Vama Veche ™ got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Pogea. After a rather tough play, Vama Veche ™'s Nicu Bara got a free kick in the 69th minute. Nistor Boacă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bálint Bodnár having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Vama Veche ™'s goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gergő Tisza. With a little luck, Vama Veche ™'s Helmuth Duckadam got control of the ball when Gergő Tisza tried to sneak it across the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Patrik Nagy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Helmuth Duckadam. Vama Veche ™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patrik Nagy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Vama Veche ™'s Helmuth Duckadam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Vama Veche ™ from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd match minute, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dániel Veress to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, Vama Veche ™'s Dan Şoimaru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bálint Bodnár narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 87 minutes ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Tănăsocă who took care of the corner kick. Zsombor Sugár hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Dan Şoimaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bálint Bodnár read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. When the match was over ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vama Veche ™ throughout the match.
