Spectators: 7522 (Terracing: 5642, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Victor Orzaize started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Victor Orzaize shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Urtun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Zézinho de Queiroz could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Gavino Eguntsenti however easily saved by the left post. Iker Erlantz charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iker Erlantz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Altos Gatos FC booed when Equipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iker Erlantz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Victor Orzaize left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Equipo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Cristobal Jurgi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gavino Eguntsenti. Equipo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristobal Jurgi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Altos Gatos FC were furious when Ramon Egoitz was red carded, 37 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Anacleto Urtun had in the 38thth minute some difficulties stopping Amadeo Iratze's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Florentino Eufemio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anacleto Urtun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Orzaize in the 46th minute of play. The Altos Gatos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Equipo were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zézinho de Queiroz to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Equipo's Florentino Eufemio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anacleto Urtun. That made the score 1-3 after 58 minutes of play. Gavino Eguntsenti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Gallardo in the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of Altos Gatos FC booed when Equipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Iratze didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavino Eguntsenti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Gallardo in the 70th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Victor Orzaize kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anacleto Urtun. That made the score 1-4 in the 74 minute of play. Equipo's Gavino Eguntsenti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Cordarryl in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Equipo's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Gallardo came free, but Gavino Eguntsenti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Victor Orzaize shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Urtun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st match minute, Equipo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Arano to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Equipo booed when Altos Gatos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Baristo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victor Orzaize recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th minute, Victor Orzaize got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Equipo were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Altos Gatos FC's much stronger midfield.
