Marciano Monico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Bernabe Abella hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 8th match minute, Carabata Groove was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Justin to maneuver through the defense. Carabata Groove's Marciano Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Etor in the 14th minute of play. Dante Nastasio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Marciano Monico made a huge save. Marciano Monico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Gabon in the 18th minute of the match. Vinicio Juvenal's late challenge caught a ORIZABA F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vinicio Juvenal helped the player get up and apologised. Vinicio Juvenal hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Marciano Monico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Gabon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Jonathan Etor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marciano Monico. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 27th minute, Carabata Groove's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dante Nastasio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Carabata Groove's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Clemente Gabon scored to the left of an out of position Marciano Monico, making the score, 3-0. ORIZABA F.C.'s Clemente Gabon was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 34th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 42nd minute, Placido Justin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Carabata Groove's Marciano Monico got control of the ball when Jonathan Etor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carabata Groove's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Orlando Oliverios scored to the left of an out of position Marciano Monico, making the score, 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Hermengildo Frances made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute Clemente Gabon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Monico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ORIZABA F.C. were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Carabata Groove's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonathan Etor took the corner. Marciano Monico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Marciano Monico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 72 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Frances came free, but Arturo Serafo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Oliverios in the 73rd minute of play forced Carabata Groove's goalkeeper Marciano Monico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 75 minutes of play, ORIZABA F.C.'s Clemente Gabon made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marciano Monico was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 78 minutes, Claudio Dorio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carabata Groove and the ORIZABA F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Claudio Dorio hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. The supporters of ORIZABA F.C. booed when Carabata Groove was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Dorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 84 played minutes, ORIZABA F.C.'s Jonathan Etor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marciano Monico came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ORIZABA F.C. reached it. Carabata Groove's Marciano Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Pacorro in the 89th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Denis Soin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Monico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carabata Groove's Marciano Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Pacorro in the 93rd minute of play. After 95 minutes of play, ORIZABA F.C.'s Clemente Gabon made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marciano Monico was left in no man's land by his defense there! ORIZABA F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
