Augusto Mercurio was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Miles Person capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Miles Person really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Walker Elliot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Concepcion del Uruguay FC's goalkeeper Augusto Mercurio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Graham Kearney. Augusto Mercurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graham Kearney in the 57th minute of play. Graham Kearney struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Augusto Mercurio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tango en Miami FC. Miles Person received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Augusto Mercurio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augusto Mercurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Graham Kearney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walker Elliot in the 70th minute of play forced Concepcion del Uruguay FC's goalkeeper Augusto Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Gregorio Chepe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Concepcion del Uruguay FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augusto Mercurio should have stopped the shot. Augusto Mercurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walker Elliot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
