Match Report
Valhalla Stadium

Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tin Delgado kicked off to start the match. In the 5th match minute, Valhalla Time was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Jacindo to maneuver through the defense. Esteban Salvatore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moisés Anderica in the 6th minute of play. When Camilo Henestrosa fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CANTERANOS DMS's protests and gave Camilo Henestrosa a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Valhalla Time's Robustiano Fernandes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Diego Kahn. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. After 21 played minutes Valhalla Time got a freekick which was hit by Täpäl Asadov. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tin Delgado in the 23rd minute of play forced Valhalla Time's goalkeeper Esteban Salvatore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Edson Gandulla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CANTERANOS DMS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Diego Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Jacindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Moisés Anderica notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Valhalla Time's Esteban Salvatore. Esteban Salvatore was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Esteban Salvatore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edson Gandulla in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Tin Delgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Salvatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 46 minutes into the game, when Hermengildo Naike put in a rough tackle. The supporters of CANTERANOS DMS booed when Valhalla Time was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Naike didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tin Santamaria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anier Cordara made a kick off. A collision led to Valhalla Time getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Robustiano Fernandes hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Tin Santamaria shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Esteban Salvatore showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Domingo Jacindo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After 63 played minutes CANTERANOS DMS got a freekick which was hit by Simon Pinillas. After a rather tough play, CANTERANOS DMS's Virgilio Huarte got a free kick in the 65th minute. Anier Cordara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diego Kahn having to make a save. In the 74th minute, Simon Pinillas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteban Salvatore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tin Delgado in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Valhalla Time's goal looked a bit too open when Edson Gandulla came free, but Esteban Salvatore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CANTERANOS DMS were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Valhalla Time's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tin Santamaria took the corner. After taking down the ball on CANTERANOS DMS's corner Tin Santamaria fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Esteban Salvatore quite easily take care of the ball. Diego Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Jacindo in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Domingo Jacindo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diego Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Best Tek charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Best Tek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, CANTERANOS DMS's Bran Anievas got a free kick in the 95th minute. CANTERANOS DMS were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
