Sverker Lindgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sverker Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Murgescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute, Ilie Sandu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferdinand Murgescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Sverker Lindgren made a huge save. Gudhem's Sverker Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Geambașu in the 15th minute of play. Iacob Bordeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Sverker Lindgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Folke Fribäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Billy Dahlberg came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Gudhem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Billy Dahlberg couldn't finish the play. Sverker Lindgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niculae Geambașu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sverker Lindgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iacob Bordeanu in the 32nd minute of the match. The supporters of Gudhem booed when YR☆ Rossoneri™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodor Radovan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in YR☆ Rossoneri™'s zone, Billy Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iordache Minea came out of the goal and Billy Dahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iordache Minea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Dahlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Billy Dahlberg scored 1-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iordache Minea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gudhem's Sverker Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iacob Bordeanu in the 43rd minute of play. A collision led to Gudhem getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Billy Dahlberg hit a great ball. Iacob Bordeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Billy Dahlberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Sverker Lindgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iacob Bordeanu's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 62nd minute Iacob Bordeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sverker Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gudhem's Elias Askestät got a free kick in the 66th minute. Iordache Minea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Billy Dahlberg in the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Murgescu in the 77th minute of play forced Gudhem's goalkeeper Sverker Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute Iacob Bordeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sverker Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Askestät hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Iordache Minea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Fribäck in the 83rd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. YR☆ Rossoneri™ had played much better football throughout.
