The supporters of Gudhem booed when AIK FOTBOLL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredrik Axelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 minutes of play, AIK FOTBOLL's Braulio Castel made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 95th minute, Pål Hammarström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sverker Lindgren. The goal made the score 1-9. AIK FOTBOLL's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
