After 2 played minutes Sparta LKS got a freekick which was hit by Teobald Turacki. Oséas Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zdzislaw Orszak in the 4th minute of the match. Zdzislaw Orszak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Oséas Albuquerque made a huge save. Wincent Zima charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wincent Zima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wincent Zima hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The supporters of Jukatriz booed when Sparta LKS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wladyslaw Kajdasz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Wydrych showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeu Arruda, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Daniel Wydrych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amadeu Arruda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Jukatriz fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Jukatriz's Amadeu Arruda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Isaias Rojas's late challenge caught a Jukatriz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaias Rojas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd match minute, Sparta LKS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Rojas to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute of the match Haroldo Arce sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Wydrych skillfully saved the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amadeu Arruda to strike the kick off in the second half. Antônio Nóbrega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Jukatriz's Léo Novaes got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 68th match minute, Jukatriz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jânio Barral to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jânio Barral got free with Daniel Wydrych in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 74 played minutes Jukatriz got a freekick which was hit by Amadeu Arruda. In the 75th minute Zdzislaw Orszak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute Evaristo Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Wydrych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 played minutes Sparta LKS got a freekick which was hit by Wincent Zima. When Evaristo Pernambucano came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Jukatriz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Pernambucano couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Jukatriz eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
