The crowd rose to their feet as Wilco Kosterman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Cordario. That made the score 2-1 in the 28 minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Bolsodios's goalkeeper Jonathan Cordario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Theo Zoontjens. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danilo Neron in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kees Veentjer saved Verwachting from getting behind. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Haroldo Vistruario in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kees Veentjer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Neron in the 52nd minute of play forced Verwachting's goalkeeper Kees Veentjer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Cordario didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ruud Geels went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Jonathan Cordario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute, Ruud Geels ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Cordario was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2.
